As the Founder of QMC Advisors, Travis partners directly with small business owner, commercial brokers, investors, and corporate clients to bring clarity and certainty to the most critical stages of a deal—before commitments are made. His expertise spans site feasibility, lease evaluation, tenant improvement budgeting, and construction execution strategy—ensuring projects are not only viable on paper, but executable in the real world.
